Manual harvesting. Fermentation in old amphorae. Ageing for 6 months in terracotta amphorae.

Grape Varieties:
Arinto,Bical,Malvasia

Tasting Notes:
Intense and complex aroma of fresh fruit. Soft, fresh flavour. Mineral finish with good acidity.

Store and Serve Advices:
Store the bottle lying down at a temperature of 15°C. Serving at a temperature from 10-12°C.

Food Pairing:
Good with seafood, grilled fresh fish, white meats and as an aperitif.
