Pressing of the grapes with static decantation of the must. Aging on fine lees for 3 months, followed by 6 months of aging in half French oak barrels and a further 6 months in the bottle.

Tasting Notes:
Slightly straw yellow in color. Good aromatic intensity with white flowers predominating on the nose with notes of fresh pastries combined with a slight toast. Good structure on the palate, medium acidity and good overall balance, with the same notes that we feel on the nose also present.
Store and Serve Advices:
Serve at a temperature between 10ºC and 12ºC.
Food Pairing:
Ideal with seafood, grilled fresh fish, white meats and as an aperitif.

Contains sulphites.
