Winemaking:
The grapes were sorted manually, destemmed and pressed in a pneumatic press with oxidation protection. Cold settling takes place for 48 hours and the alcoholic fermentation is carried out in French oak barrels. After undergoing fermentation, the wine ages 9 months in French oak barrels with regular bâtonnage. Once bottled, the wine was then aged for a further 6 months in cellar.

Tasting Notes:
Clear, medium yellow colour, with peach, lemon, lime, and mandarin aromas, and a hint of the barrel wood flavours. Citrus, creamy and well-structured wine, with a long and fresh finish.
Store and Serve Advices:
Serve at a temperature of 12-14. ⁰C.
Food Pairing:
Good with salads, seafood, cheeses, fish and white meats.
