Partial destemming, maceration and spontaneous fermentation in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature of 18ºC.

Baga,Tinta Roriz,Jaen,Touriga Nacional
Tasting Notes:
Ruby color. Aroma of vegetal notes, blackberry, cherry and earthy and balsamic mineral freshness. In the mouth it presents great elegance and structure, with silky and enveloping tannins, very fresh fruit with acidity and alcohol in perfect balance.
Store and Serve Advices:
Serve at a temperature between 16 and 18ºC. Bottles should be stored horizontally in a clean, airy place protected from light and with normal conditions of mild temperature and constant humidity.
Food Pairing:
It goes well with various red meat dishes, cold cuts and cured or semi-cured cheeses.
