Winemaking:
Herdade do Rocim Fresh from Amphora Red is the result of a partnership between Herdade do Rocim and Niepoort, making an approach to the Nat 'Cool concept and to its philosophy of relaxed and easy to drink wines. Vinification in clay pots and with no temperature control. The ancestral way to make such wine was fully respected. Fermentation took place using indigenous yeasts and with no addition or correction of must. Ageing for two months of skin contact inside the amphora.

Perrum,Rabo de Ovelha,Manteúdo

Tasting Notes:
Golden colour. On the nose is quite mineral with oral and earthy notes. Remarkable acidity, refreshing and tense taste.

Store and Serve Advices:
Store the bottle lying down at a temperature of 15°C. Serving at a temperature from 10-11°C.

Food Pairing:
Good with seafood, grilled fresh fish, white meats and as an aperitif.
