Manual harvest of 1.5 ha using 20kg boxes. The grapes were vinified in stainless steel tanks and fermented in new French oak barrels. Ageing for 4 months in French oak barrels using Batttonage.

Tasting Notes:
Citrus-coloured wine, elegant nose with notes of lime, dried fruit and a very distinctive minerality. On the palate it's broad, fresh and has a long finish.
Store and Serve Advices:
It should be served at 12ºC.
Food Pairing:
Goes well with seafood dishes, fatty fish and grilled meats.

Contains sulphites.
