Winemaking:
Total destemming. 8 days of fermentation with temperature control and 3 days of maceration. Stage of 7 months in French oak barrels of 2nd and 3rd year.

Touriga Franca,Touriga Nacional,Tinta Roriz

Tasting Notes:
Ruby colour. Very expressive aroma with notes of violets, black plums, dark chocolate and spices. Excellent structure. Long and harmonious end of mouth.

Store and Serve Advices:
Serve between 16º and 17ºC.
