Wine fermented with red grape varieties whose colour and texture are extracted from the skin and seeds during fermentation and post-fermentation maceration of red wine.

Tasting Notes:
It presents a brilliant ruby red colour and the aroma reveals ripe fruit, blackberry, black plum and cassis, but also a touch of vanilla and spice nuances, conferred by partial aging in French oak barrels. The taste is smooth, fresh and aromatic with balanced tannins.
Store and Serve Advices:
Store the bottle lying down at a temperature of 15°C. Serve at a temperature of 16°C to 18ºC.
Food Pairing:
Excellent with stew or roasted game and lamb meat dishes.
