Product details
The grapes are selected, destemmed, followed by pre-fermentation maceration. Fermentation takes place in lagares (traditional stone troughs) and stainless steel vats with temperature control. After malolactic fermentation, the wine ages for 12 months in French oak barrels. After bottling, it rested in the bottle in our cellar for 3 years. To preserve all its qualities, it was not stabilized, and may naturally develop sediment.
