Careful selection of the best grapes from this variety. Fermentation in a wine press at 27ºC. Malolactic fermentation in barrels and ageing for 24 months in French oak barrels. Bottling in 2020 and long bottle ageing before being released onto the market.

Garnet-coloured, with a bouquet of jammy spice, wild berries mixed with tobacco, toast and bitter chocolate. The palate is elegant and fresh, with a finish that reveals the enormous potential of this grape variety.

It should be served at a temperature of 16ºC to 18ºC.

This wine finely accompanies red meats, roast beef and grilled meats.
