Product details
The grapes, after maceration at low temperature (10/12ºC), ferment in stainless steel vats. After malolactic fermentation, aging takes place in new and used French oak barrels, for a period of 12 months, until bottling.

Tasting Notes:
Notes of ripe plums, spice, mint, green coffee and toast. Structured, fresh, with long and velvety tannins, it expresses the excellence of our terroir.
Store and Serve Advices:
It should be served at a temperature of 16ºC to 18ºC.
Food Pairing:
This wine finely accompanies red meats, roast beef and grilled meats.
