Winemaking:
Night manual harvest. Natural and spontaneous alcoholic and malolactic fermentation. Cuvaison of over 20 days.

Grape Varieties:
Aragonêz,Alicante Bouschet,Touriga Nacional,Syrah

Tasting Notes:
Concentrated ruby colour. Intense nose of wild berries and spices. Medium body, with a mouth feel, full of aroma and ripe tannins.

Store and Serve Advices:
It should be consumed at a temperature of 18ºC.

Food Pairing:
Perfect to pair with game dishes and well seasoned meat.
