Tasting Notes:
Bright garnet color. Notes of clay and ripe black fruits, in an elegant and attractive blend. It is soft, fresh, with a striking finish where challenging fruit notes and the characteristics of the amphora stand out.
Store and Serve Advices:
Serve at a temperature between 14ºC and 16ºC.
Food Pairing:
Served with chickpea stew, Alentejo-style pork, mushroom bean stew, duck rice.
