Handpicked grapes. Cold and maceration carbonique for about 22 days. Twelve months of storage and maturation in Burgundy barrels.

Tasting Notes:
Colour purple. Intense aroma of black cherries and violets. Fine ripe tannins with the spicy touch of tobacco leaf of the Syrah grape. Bodied with fine balance and a long finish.
Store and Serve Advices:
It should be served at a temperature of 16ºC to 18ºC.
Food Pairing:
This wine finely accompanies red meats, roast beef and grilled meats.
