Night harvest in order to maintain the physical and aromatic integrity of the berries. Fermentation takes place in stainless steel at controlled temperature with subsequent pressing in a pneumatic press.

Tasting Notes:
Ruby colour with intense hue, aromas of forest berries, notes of fresh mint well present and some nuances of dry powder. In the mouth it is fresh and intense, with balanced acidity and well-balanced and elegant tannins, medium persistence aftertaste.
Store and Serve Advices:
Should be served at a temperature of 16ºC.

Perfect with everyday cooking, light meat or fish dishes.
