Clear appearance, ruby colour, aroma of ripe red fruits. The flavour is crispy and fresh, full-bodied and with a lot of persistence, long finish with lively acidity.
Store and Serve Advices:
Keep it in horizontal position away from direct light. Serve at 10/12ºC.
Food Pairing:
Excellent combinations with regional meat and fish dishes.
