Wine fermented with red grape varieties whose colour and texture are extracted from the skin and seeds during fermentation and post-fermentation maceration of red wine.
Grape Varieties:
Touriga Nacional,Touriga Franca
Tasting Notes:
Ruby colour. Intense and complex aroma, with ripe red fruits and hints of vanilla and spices. On the palate, it's full but smooth, with well-integrated tannins. Elegant, extremely long and pleasant.
Store and Serve Advices:
Store the bottle lying down at a temperature of 15°C. Serve at a temperature of 16°C to 18ºC.
Food Pairing:
Enjoy with well flavoured dishes of either red or more elaborately prepared white meats. A wine that can accompany both traditional or modern cuisine.
