Winemaking:
Pacheca Reserve Port is a Port wine resulting from a blend of different wines aged 6 or 8 years the youngest and 10 years the oldest. The ageing process of these wines was done in wooden barrels to promote a greater oxygenation.

Tasting Notes:
The ageing in wooden barrels to promote a greater oxygenation turn the original red colour in to amber tones. The flavour is enriched by a combination of nuts, dried fruits and the aromas of red fruits.

Store and Serve Advices:
The bottle should be kept upright, protected from light and humidity, at a constant temperature of 16ºC-18ºC. It is ready for drinking and does not require decanting. Serve between 14ºC-16ºC. Once open, it should be consumed within 4 weeks.

Food Pairing:
It pairs well with soft cheeses, chocolate desserts and fruit pies.

Allergens:
Contains sulphites.

In the aroma of mature fruit, plum and fig appear with macerated tone but with intensity and well focused. In the mouth is full of fruit and joy, sweet without excess, good tannin, everything nice.
