100% Sousão with east sun exposure and shale soils, the different plots are located at altitudes ranging from 240 to 300m. Aged for 14 months in 225L oak barrels.

Tasting Notes:
Ruby colour and almost opaque. In the aroma, it presents notes of black fruit, blue fruit and very resinous and balsamic. In the background, it is possible to feel the complexity of the spices from the barrel stage. In the mouth, it is very fresh, with polished tannins that give structure and volume to the final set and great storage capacity.
Store and Serve Advices:
Store the bottle lying down at a temperature of 15°C. Serve at a temperature of 16/18ºC.

This wine finely accompanies red meats, roast beef and grilled meats.
