Tasting Notes:
Light citrus color with golden reflections, visible through fine and continuous bubbles. Aroma of white fruit, apple and sweet spices bringing complexity with light toasted notes. In the mouth it is extremely fresh and full-bodied, presenting intense and complex flavours, with a long and persistent finish.
Store and Serve Advices:
Serve at a temperature of 6 to 8ºC.
Food Pairing:
Excellent for special occasions. It goes well fish and seafood.
