Product details

Winemaking:
Night manual harvest, sorting table, direct press without crushing and cold decantation for around 12 hours, without additives. Spontaneous alcoholic and malolactic fermentation. The wine of the year will be blended with the "reserve wine", a 5-year-old solera. Second fermentation in bottle with free yeast.

Aragonêz,Castelão,Trincadeira

Tasting Notes:
Light pink sparkling wine, fine bubbles, fresh notes of citrus fruits and hints of well-aged toasted bread.

Store and Serve Advices:
Store at 5ºC and serve at 7ºC to be drunk at 9ºC.

Food Pairing:
Pairs well with fish, seafood and salads. It has volume and structure for white meat dishes. Good for Indian, Thai and sushi.
