Product details
After manual harvesting into 20kg boxes, the grapes are transported to the winery where the bunches are selected, de-stemmed and gently pressed. The resulting must was clarified at low temperature and fermented naturally in stainless steel tanks, with a controlled temperature between 14ºC and 16ºC.

Pale yellow in color and shiny in appearance, with an intense and varietal aroma, suggesting notes of green apple and lemon peel, on an acidic background. Food Pairing:
Its acidic and unctuous profile makes this wine the ideal pairing to accompany grilled and oven-baked fish dishes. It can also be a combination for seafood dishes and low-season white meats.
