Product details

Winemaking:
Grapes from selected plots, with pre-fermentation maceration of 48 hours, followed by fermentation at 23ºC using pumping over and delestage, total maceration of 15 days. Aging in second-use French oak barrels for 12 months. After bottling, the wine ages in the bottle for 6 to 8 months.

Wine with a crystalline appearance, heavy violet color. Aromas of plum and black cherry with hints of spices. Robust, structured and intense, with good acidity and a persistent finish.

Store and Serve Advices:
Bottles should rest lying down in a cool place (around 12ºC). This wine can be consumed immediately or aged for 8 to 10 years. It should be consumed at a temperature of 16ºC-18ºC.

Food Pairing:
It goes well with red meat dishes, game, pâtés and cured cheeses.

Allergens:
Contains sulphites.
