Winemaking:
The grapes, previously destemmed, underwent pre-fermentation maceration at low temperatures for 24 hours. Alcoholic fermentation took place in stainless steel vats with temperature control, not exceeding 27ºC, for 14 days. Aged for eight months in French and American oak barrels.

Tasting Notes:
The Alentejo region benefits from a warm Mediterranean climate and clay soils that provide ideal conditions for the production of Touriga Nacional, Alicante Bouschet and Syrah grapes. The grapes were carefully selected and the wine was aged in French and American oak barrels. It is a wine of intense colour, with pleasant aromas of ripe red fruits well balanced with notes of spices.
Store and Serve Advices:
Serve at 16 to 18ºC.
Food Pairing:
It goes perfectly with meat and cheese dishes.
