Atlantic Flor de Sal in a decorative cotton bag. Skimmed by hand in traditional saltpans of the Eastern Algarve, Portugal. Certified organic and artisanal by Certiplanet (PT-BIO-04), certified kosher by NFC (AppleK).
Storage:
Store in a dry place and keep away from foodstuffs with intense odours.
Perfect Serve:
All prepared dishes. Try it on scrambled egg or simply on a salad. Use max. 5g (1 teaspoon) of salt per day (WHO recommendation); for children, dosage should be lowered according to body weight; not suitable for infants aged 0–6 months. Sodium-sensitive consumers should moderate their daily salt intake.
