Winemaking:
The grapes of the Trincadeira, Aragonez and Syrah varieties were harvested at the optimum point of maturation, in order to obtain the ideal balance between aroma, acidity, colour and tannins. After destemming and crushing, must and masses were cold macerated for 48 hours. Fermentation took place for 5 days at 21°C.

Tasting Notes:
Purple red colour with dark center. Ripe red fruit, plum, liquorice and spice.
Store and Serve Advices:
It should be served at a temperature of 16ºC to 18ºC.

Red meat, lamb chops, pies, dark chocolate.
