Tasting Notes:
The nose is very lively, with the wood very well integrated with all its aromatic richness, where notes of ripe plum and chocolate stand out. On the palate, it once again shows the well-integrated presence of the wood, excellent acidity and persistence.
Store and Serve Advices:
It should be consumed at a temperature of 16º to 18ºC
Food Pairing:
Great with red meat dishes and well flavoured.
