Tasting Notes:
The red fruits that give life to this liqueur were picked one by one in the early hours of the morning to preserve all their natural freshness and flavour. Grown and processed at Casa de Encosturas, they come from an agriculture that respects the best natural, biological and nature preservation practices.
Storage:
It should be stored upright, in a dry place with a constant temperature between 10-20º and avoiding direct light.
Perfect Serve:
Traditionally, liqueurs are served chilled as an after-dinner digestive. Excellent to drink chilled, with ice or in cocktails. Much appreciated as an ingredient to make desserts or to add a special touch to sauces and main dishes.
