This grape marc spirit is made exclusively from red grape marc, distilled in copper alembic stills immediately after pressing. Given the freshness of the pressed grapes, marc spirits are very fragrant and have low methanol content. Following distillation, the marc spirit is stored in stainless steel vats, where it is diluted gradually until it reaches the alcohol content set forth.

Tinta Miúda,Castelão,Syrah
Tasting Notes:
Colourless. Very fruity and floral, with slight smoky notes. Smooth and delicate, consistently fruity. With slight smoky notes and a very long finish.
Storage:
Serve at room temperature.
Perfect Serve:
To be served at the end of a good meal, accompanying a cup of coffee and a nice cigar.
