Winemaking:
It was done in stainless steel vats with temperature control of fermentation, with grape Malvasia Fina, Cercial, Gouveio and Moscatel. The technical responsibility is the winemaker Maria Serpa Pimentel, who has for some time been operating a renewal process of the profile of house wines, without neglecting the image of this classic Douro producer.

Store and Serve Advices:
Store the bottle lying down at a temperature of 15°C. Serving at a temperature of 8-9°C.

Food Pairing:
Excellent as an aperitif, as well as accompany fish dishes and seafood.
