After the grapes were selected in the vineyard, they were transported by refrigerated truck to the winery, where a second sorting took place. During the night, the grapes were gently pressed, and the must decanted for approximately 24 hours. Alcoholic fermentation took place in 228-liter French oak barrels, mostly used. Aged for 18 months in 228-liter French oak barrels.

Tasting Notes:
The wine displays a very intense and deep mineral aspect. Its aroma is very complex, with excellent notes of barrel toast and fine herbs perfectly integrated into the citrus and slightly floral profile. With a strong presence on the palate, it is very fine and delicate with notes of white fruit and some spices.
Store and Serve Advices:
Store the bottle horizontally. Serve at 10-12ºC.
Food Pairing:
Baked fish, white meats. Cream-based dishes. Gratins and risottos. Vegetarian suggestions: Vegetable lasagna, Portobello mushrooms.
