Product details
Winemaking:
The grapes are destemmed and crushed. The alcoholic fermentation process then begins at a controlled temperature of 25°C. During this period, maceration takes place for seven days, with pumping over to optimize the extraction of colour, aromas, and flavours. Next, malolactic fermentation occurs, essential for the wine's smoothness. After a period of time during which the wine stabilizes through physical processes in stainless steel tanks, the wine is filtered and bottled in early spring.
