Product details
The grapes come from two plots on the Quinta, from vines over 40 years old, with northwest exposure and an altitude of 150 m above sea level. After manual harvesting in 22 kg boxes, the grapes remain in a cold storage for 12 hours. The vinification was carried out in a wine press with foot treading. During the vinification and aging process, the wine was moved gently, by gravity, and without the use of pumps. The wine was bottled in October 2023.
