Fermentation takes place at a controlled temperature of 16°C for two to three weeks. Alvarinho is aged in cement vats, while Loureiro is aged in stainless steel vats. During this aging period, the wine remains in contact with the fine lees from fermentation, which contributes to greater complexity and structure.

Tasting Notes:
fresh and elegant aroma, where notes of orange blossom stand out, associated with a remarkable minerality, originating from the granitic soils. Intense and long finish.
Store and Serve Advices:
Serve between 10ºC-12ºC.
