Appellation:
This limited edition celebrates the most Portuguese pear - Pêra Rocha - keeping the basis of the Sharish Gin Original. It is made with alcohol, water, juniper, coriander seeds, Rocha pear, orange peel and Alentejo lemon rind, thyme, mandarin leaves, pine needles, lavender, elderflower, cloves, iris, Germanic root, angelica and laurel seeds.

Tasting Notes:
Mint fresh notes derived from pine needles, lavender and laurel seeds. The pear is always present in the gin, but keeping the signature of the house (a gin with a citrus freshness).
Storage:
It should be stored upright, in a dry place with a constant temperature between 10-20º and avoiding direct light.
Perfect Serve:
Should be drunk pure or on ice with Pear chips and thyme sprigs. Also very nice for cocktails.
