Product details

Winemaking:
Total destemming, mild crushing, automated pressing. Clarification of the wort at a low temperature for 48h. Fermentation in new French oak barrels at 15 ° C for 30 days. 8 months aging in oak barrels with bâtonnage, before bottling.
