Product details
The grapes, from old vines, were transported in food-grade plastic boxes and subjected to rigorous sorting at the entrance to the winery. After gentle crushing without destemming, they were sent to a traditional press where they were trodden by men at regular intervals. Wine brandy was then added to stop fermentation. The wine was aged in 550-liter national oak barrels for 17 years. It was bottled without any filtration and is subject to creating a slight deposit in the bottle.
