Made from Pinot Noir and Chardonnay, presents a golden colour, as to imply that is older than it is. Feels many notes of ripe fruit, apple and some berries to remember the Pinot Noir. Very good volume in the mouth, a good profile, very French in style and the set shows a great capacity to be better appreciated than at the table as an appetizer.
Store and Serve Advices:
Serving temperature at 8ºC to 10ºC.
Food Pairing:
We recommend its use together with veal or lamb in the oven, or alternatively as an accompaniment to some desserts.
