Product details
The technology is classic for red tanning, where care is taken not to overextend the maceration time. After fermentation and the first transfer, the wine was placed in French oak barrels, where it rested, stabilized and rounded for several months. After that, he retired to a stainless steel vat, where he stayed for about a year, so that he could spend another winter in it, before bottling. This occurred in September 2013, after light gluing and fine filtration. It has not been cold treated and may therefore form a slight precipitate over time, which in no way affects the quality of the wine.
