Product details

Winemaking:
Traditional vinification, in clay hoists and without temperature control. Fermentation with indigenous yeasts of the region and without any addition or correction of the musts. Stage for 2 months in bottle. This wine has not been stabilized prior to bottling, so as not to affect its evolution potential, and may create a slight natural deposit during the stay in the bottle.

Store and Serve Advices:
Storage Lying down at a temperature of 15°C. Serve at a temperature of 16°C to 18ºC.

Food Pairing:
Good with braised fish cooking medium, spicy red meats, Stews.
