Destemming and crushing. Fermentation at 24 ºC and natural malolactic. Aged 24 months in French oak barrels (225L).

Tasting Notes:
Garnet colour. Rose, spices, black plum and cassis aromas. In the mouth it is structured, fresh with an enveloping smoothness.
Store and Serve Advices:
Store in a horizontal position in a fresh spot far from direct natural light. It should be served at 18º.
Food Pairing:
Accompanies perfectly grilled red meat and Game. For a successful combination with the typical Alentejo gastronomy we suggest a lamb stew marinade.
