Product details

Winemaking:
Alcoholic fermentation at a controlled temperature of 20⁰C in stainless steel vats. Aged for 8 months in tank and 4 months in bottle.

Negra Mole

Tasting Notes:
Intense, red fruit aroma of berries and pine needles. Youthful, cheerful and inviting. Structured, present and polished tannins. Smooth, elegant and spicy wine, giving the olfactory notes of fresh red fruit.

Store and Serve Advices:
It should be consumed at a temperature of 16º to 18ºC

This wine finely accompanies red meats, roast beef and grilled meats.
