Tasting Notes:
Violet colour very concentrated. In the aroma notes of black fruit compote with touches of black pepper, which are well integrated with the creamy notes of the barrel. In the mouth it is concentrated, with round tannins and good elegance.
Store and Serve Advices:
Store the bottle lying down at a temperature of 15°C. Serve at a temperature of 16°C to 18ºC.
Food Pairing:
Excellent served with strong dark meat and game dishes.
