Careful handpicked in small boxes, vinified into stainless steel vats, under temperature control of 28ºC. Aged 100% in French oak barrels during 12 months, and one year in the bottle.

Tasting Notes:
With a floral component from Touriga Nacional ,. black pepper well mixed with creamy notes. Reveals round tannins, is elegant, aromatic and having a persistence finish.
Store and Serve Advices:
Store the bottle lying down at a temperature of 15°C. Serve at a temperature of 16°C to 18ºC.
Food Pairing:
Excellent served with strong dark meat and game dishes.
