Manual harvest into 15 kg boxes, grape selection and fermentation for 10 days at 24ºC. Aged in French oak barrels for 10 months.

Tasting Notes:
Deep ruby color. Highlights a very complete tasting, where fruits such as blackcurrant and ripe raspberry, as well as tobacco and spices, coexist harmoniously. It has a vibrant, enveloping and full tasting, with present but high-quality tannins ensuring the longevity of this wine. The finish is deep and very persistent.
Store and Serve Advices:
Serve at a temperature between 16 and 18ºC. Bottles should be stored horizontally in a clean, airy place protected from light and with normal conditions of mild temperature and constant humidity.
Food Pairing:
It goes well with grilled or prepared red meat dishes, game dishes and cured cheeses.
