Winemaking:
After destemming the grapes, fermentation at 25ºC in cement tanks for a week and a half. Pressing and aging for 18 months in cement tanks, followed by 6 months in French and American oak.
Grape Varieties:
Alicante Bouschet,Cabernet Sauvignon,Syrah,Touriga Nacional
Tasting Notes:
Aroma of fresh red fruit with some jam, light spices, with some vanilla. Balanced freshness with firm tannins, dry finish with longevity.
Store and Serve Advices:
Serve at a temperature between 16 and 18ºC. Bottles should be stored horizontally in a clean, airy place protected from light and with normal conditions of mild temperature and constant humidity.
Food Pairing:
It goes well with various red meat dishes, cold cuts and cured or semi-cured cheeses.

Contains sulphites.
