Quinta do Convento Red 2019

Douro
89 pts Robert Parker - A wine that maintains its ruby-depth colour with hints of purple edges; rich, violet and wild red fruit aromas with notes of gum-rock rose and spices, mixing well with its in-barrel ageing. On the palate it is very balanced with fine and elegant tannins and an acidity that makes it fresh on the palate. This wine is more striking in its elegancy than its volume, giving it a fruity and prolonged finish.
