Citrus colour. With fresh and mineral aroma, reminiscent of lemon leaf, with slight notes of white flowers. In the mouth it is fresh, with great liveliness, balanced acidity, presenting a persistent and refreshing finish.

Serving temperature 10 - 12ºC.
Food Pairing:
Can be enjoyed on its own as an aperitif, grilled fish, pastas or salads.
