After destalking the grapes are pressed whole, and the resulting juice fermented at 17ºC.

Colour greenish yellow. Intense with citrus, banana and green tea hints. Acidity typical from the grape variety, giving it vivacity. Very persistent confirming the aromas.
Store and Serve Advices:
Serve chilled at 10-12ºC.

Recommended as an aperitif or to accompany grilled or poached fish and seafood.
