Hand picked grapes are totally destemmed and crushed. After pressing, the must decants and ferments at controlled temperature. Finally, rests for 4 months in stainless steel vats until bottling.

Made exclusively with grapes of Arinto, one of the oldest native Portuguese grape varieties, this white wine reveals aromas of green apple and lime, and a palate marked by a remarkable acidity, refreshing, structured and with a velvety finish.
Store and Serve Advices:
Store bottles on their sides in a cool place (16ºC) away from direct light. Serve at 12ºC.
